My coaching
You are talking. I am listening. We take you where you want to go.
So: you want to change your life. Yes? You have something that hurts. Could be the job. Could be private life. Or your own thoughts. It may also be that you can’t quite put your finger on what’s wrong. Only that it hurts. And there are consequences.
You are not really present with the family. Dark clouds from work follow you home and haunt your dinner. You may lose your temper sometimes. Difficulty sleeping? A common condition. Job anxiety? Even more common. You may feel that you have lost your way and are wondering who you are and who you want to be.
But do you know something? It is not your fault. You are human and do the best you can. And it doesn’t have to stay messy on the inside.
You can get your life back. A life that YOU enjoy. Good relations. Run your legs on the way to work. Butterflies in your stomach when you meet your family. A life without anxiety, relationship problems and stress.
Does it sound too good to be true?
Today, this may sound like an impossibility. But once you and I have worked together for a few weeks, you will notice a difference. Concrete difference. You feel better. You feel stronger. And stress, anxiety and guilt are reduced. And no – you will not be given a method to follow. Or any 12-step program. YOU are my material. My program is within you.

My coaching is based on scientific research, including neuroscience (how the brain works), communication and behavioral science. But as I said, I don’t have a ready-made method I use for everyone, no “one-size-fits-all” curriculum. However, I have a large toolbox to work with based on what YOU need. We work together to help you move forward and get the life you want. You will get concrete, effective and simple tools to help you step by step towards your dream life.

I coach both digitally and in person.
If I am coaching you physically, I advocate, weather permitting, that we go for a walk or find a nice place outdoors for the coaching.
Movement and relaxation have a positive impact on the mind and the ability to find answers at a deeper level within yourself.
